The Corporate Services Division plays a supportive and facilitative role to the other two operational divisions (Petroleum & Energy) . It focuses on the development of policies, procedures, organizational structure and human resources. It further focuses on financial and administrative systems and resources to support the Department’s core units’ strategies and activities. The divisions functions comprises of the following:
- Co-ordination of the Department’s financial activities including preparation of annual budget submission
- Provide advice and support services relating to all human resources management requirements
- Provide advisory services pertaining to economic and legal matters
- Interface with the Department of Finance on matters relating to Department’s finance and the Personnel Management Department on matters concerning human resources.
