About Us

In August 1997 the Petroleum Division and Energy Division were separated from the Department of Mining and Petroleum to form the Department of Petroleum and Energy (DPE ).  In 1998 a Corporate Services Division was created to help deal with the large volume of work generated by the unabated increase in activity in the petroleum and energy sectors.
